Your stereotypical Chinese takeout restaurant. 80's decor with authentic workers manning the kitchen. Unfortunately, the person taking phone orders is authentic as well. If you order anything outside the exact menu (adding or removing side items), you might as well come in to order in person with a picture illustrating what you want. I may be nit-picking, but they make you pay cash for anything under $20 during lunchtime. That to me is unacceptable. Either you are a cash only establishment or your aren't. There is no middle ground because you don't want to pay surcharges.

Food flavor is good to excellent. Food price is good to excellent. Portions are very good.
